The cottages

Week : rent from Saturday 5 pm till Saturday 10 am.
In the rate are included : sheets, towels, heating, taxes and house cleaning at the end of the stay.

High season :  from 29/06/2013 to 06/07/2013 and from 24/08/2013 to 31/08/2013.
Peek season :  from 06/07/2013 to 24/08/2013.

Practical information

In our buildings it is not permitted to smoke.
Animals are not allowed.

Term of payment:

A down payment of 50% of the total amound is required in order to validate the reservation by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) specifying the card number, the expiry date and the name of the owner of the card.
In case of a reservation for one night or of a stay offered we require the payment of the total amount.

Cancellation policy (b&b only)

More than 7days: reimbursement of the down payment
Less than 7 days: 100 % of the total amount is required.
In the second case the down payment will be reimbursed only if the rooms are rented to another client.
